Windows 7 is now available, and we strongly recommend you consider upgrading to it if you currently have Vista or XP.  Lucketts.net can help you with the transition. We have options for the do-it-your-selfer  or for the person that doesn't even want to unplug a printer.

Want to drop the computer off for us to do the install?

Install in our office:   $60   You bring a computer to us, and we will upgrade it from Windows XP or Vista to the Win7 version of your choice.  You can provide the software or buy it from us. This price covers the basic installation and setup of the computer with the new operating system.  Does not include data backup, or troubleshooting applications that are not compatible with Win 7.   There is a discount for multiple PCs.

Like us to pick up & return your PC, doing all of the setup for you?

Home pickup/delivery:  $60   We will stop by your location, unplug one PC from its cable tangle and take it to our office. At the office, we'll fix or upgrade your PC as you direct - you still have to pay for the upgrade or work performed.  When we're done, we will bring the PC back to you and re-install it to your periphrerals and network.  Price does not include troubleshooting or replacement of peripherals not compatible with Windows 7.  There is a discount for multiple  PCs.

What is my total bill if I want Lucketts.net to do everything for the upgrade?

Example: upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows Home Premium.  We come to your home and pick up the PC, take it to our office and install Windows 7 Premium, and then return the PC to your home and reconnect it to your peripherals and network.
