Lucketts VOIP
If you don't want a pre-configured ATA provided by Lucketts.net and you will instead be using your own device we will not configure it for you. We will provide SIP settings.
An Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) connects to your standard telephone to high-speed Internet enabling Voice over IP (VoIP) phone service for your home.
Our normal ATA lookslike this:

Broadband Connection: Lucketts.net or any other broadband provider.
Router or switch: To share your broadband connection with more than one device.
Traditional Analog Telephone
To use enhanced features, you will need: Computer & Web Browser: MS Internet Explorer (ver. 4.x or higher) or Netscape Navigator (ver. 4.x or higher)

In order to start using your Lucketts VoIP service, you will need to install your VoIP Phone Adapter. Below is the diagram of finished installation. Please read the following VoIP setup instructions carefully.

1.) Before you begin make sure that your ATA is turned off (i.e unplugged from power) .
2.) Connect the ethernet port on the ATA to a spare ethernet port on your router or switch (the same type of port your computer is connected to) using the ethernet cable included in the kit.

3.) Connect your telephone to the phone port on the ATA using a standard telephone cable.

4.) Plug the power adapter into the power jack on the ATA and then into an electrical outlet. This will turn the VoIP phone adapter on. Typically, the Act light will light up yellow and the unmarked light will flash green a few times then turn off. Pick up the telephone handset and listen for a dial tone. This indicates that the ATA is working
You are now ready to make calls!
If you have any problems getting your phone to work, or you have reset the ATA to default values, or we ask you to adjust the configuration, please follow these instructions on configuring the SPA1001.
