To allow our technician to remotely log into and fix your PC do these things:

1) Give us a call at (703) 349-3661 to make sure a technician is available

2) Download the support program to your desktop

3) Run (execute, launch, activate, allow, approve) the program.

If the problem is a lucketts.net problem, there is no charge for this service.   In the future after the test phase is complete, if the problem is with your router, or your PC, or your connection between router and PC then the normal technician rate of $60/hour may apply.

We are testing the remote login software, so we'll be changing programs every once  in awhile to see which works best. Once we settle on the right package, we'll tune up the web page for that package and start advertising the capability.
