These webmail programs read email still stored on our servers, rather than downloading them to your computer. As a result, if you do not regularly delete email, they will buildup and fill your inbox on the server, resulting in slower performance and rejected emails.
Webmail is a tool provided to give you access to your email account while on the road or away from your primary computer. If you intend to use your inbox for long term storage of 1000s of emails, we highly recommend using one of the email client programs listed above. The webmail program is intended for and works best with small inboxes.
